*After the Fall, Arizona Sunshine and Rotten Apple are $45 per person and are not included in standard VR Session bookings. These games must be booked through their dedicated booking option.

VRCADE can accommodate larger groups by organizing multiple VR sessions while guests relax in our café and lounge, enjoy board games, or take part in other activities between sessions. We offer customized options for corporate events, schools, camps, youth groups, birthday parties, and private celebrations.

VR Booking Questions

Standard VR bookings offer 20 or 45 minutes of gameplay, depending on the selected package. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, equipment fitting, and safety instructions.

You can choose your game when you arrive. Our team will help your group select an experience that fits your age range, group size, and interests.

Most VRCADE experiences are recommended for players 8 years and older. Players under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Game suitability may vary, so our team can help your group choose an appropriate experience when you arrive.

A $50 non-refundable reservation deposit applies to bookings of up to 6 players, and $100 applies to bookings of 7 or more players. The deposit is applied toward the total price, including when paying in full.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours before the scheduled session: Payments exceeding the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund or credit, regardless of when the booking was made.
No-shows or cancellations at or after the scheduled start: No refund or credit.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. All previously paid amounts transfer to the approved new date.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered at VRCADE's discretion but are not guaranteed.
Rescheduling does not create a new refund window. A cancellation after rescheduling qualifies for a refund above the deposit only if requested at least 24 hours before both the original and replacement session start times.

Groups of more than six players are divided into smaller teams and assigned to separate arenas. The teams can begin at the same time, but they will not all be inside one shared virtual game space.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled session so everyone can complete check-in, waivers, and equipment preparation.

Yes. Groups larger than 20 can be accommodated through multiple sessions and customized event scheduling. Submit a group quote request so our team can help plan your visit.
