VR Booking Questions

  • Standard reservations are approximately 60 minutes in total, including check-in, preparation, and approximately 45 minutes of VR gameplay.

  • You can choose your game when you arrive. Our team will help your group select an experience that fits your age range, group size, and interests.

  • Most VRCADE experiences are recommended for players 8 years and older. Players under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Game suitability may vary, so our team can help your group choose an appropriate experience when you arrive.

  • Groups of more than six players are divided into smaller teams and assigned to separate arenas. The teams can begin at the same time, but they will not all be inside one shared virtual game space.

  • Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled session so everyone can complete check-in, waivers, and equipment preparation.

  • Yes. Groups larger than 20 can be accommodated through multiple sessions and customized event scheduling. Submit a group quote request so our team can help plan your visit.
