VRCADE has two private rooms that accommodate up to 15 guests each or can be combined for groups of up to 30. TVs are available for presentations, videos, slides, and laptop connections.
Café, Food and Refreshments
Add coffee, tea, fountain drinks, pizza, sandwiches, snacks, desserts, or other café selections to your event. Catering and approved outside-food options may also be available.
Free-Roam VR Entertainment
Guests can move naturally through immersive virtual worlds using wireless VR headsets - without cables or heavy backpack computers. Experiences are beginner-friendly, and our staff provides instructions before gameplay.
Board Game Lounge
Between activities, guests can socialize in the board game lounge, enjoy board games, or relax while other participants complete their VR sessions.
Flexible Options for Small and Large Groups
VRCADE can host up to 20 guests playing VR simultaneously across four free-roam arenas. Depending on the selected experience, participants are organized into groups of approximately four to six players.
For events with more than 20 participants, we create an organized rotation schedule. While one group is playing, other guests can use the meeting rooms, enjoy food and refreshments, play board games, or socialize in the café and lounge.
This makes VRCADE suitable for small departments, medium-sized teams, and larger company celebrations.

A standard VR booking includes approximately 45 minutes of gameplay. Events that include meetings, food, presentations, or large-group rotations will require additional time.

VRCADE does not sell or serve alcohol during regular operations. Alcohol may be permitted for certain private events with advance written approval from VRCADE and a valid Ontario Special Occasion Permit. All applicable AGCO regulations and venue conditions must be followed. Please discuss this with us before applying, as additional requirements and fees may apply.

Yes. VRCADE offers free on-site parking for all guests. Our Scarborough location is also accessible from other areas of Toronto and the GTA.
